Welcome to the official website of the Federal Government Girls’ College (FGGC) Benin-City Old Girls Association also known as ‘Alumni Association’. The FGGC Benin-city Alumni Association is a membership organization comprising those who have either graduated from or attended at some point, the Federal Government Girls’ College Benin-City, Nigeria.
Our Mission

To grow the network of alumni membership across the globe by promoting social and intellectual interactions among members.

To serve as an essential link between the Association and school.

Where feasible, to introduce and implement effective initiatives that positively impacts the lives of the student population of the school.

To devise ways and means of raising funds for the activities of the Alumni and collaborative projects with the school where it is appropriate to do so.

To establish collaborative links with other Alumni bodies within the wider Unity Schools Old Students Association (USOSA).
What's in it for you?
Relationships made whilst at School can be some of the strongest and most memorable of your life however it is easy to lose touch with old friends. The Association helps all Alumni who seek to reconnect with previous classmates or continue to maintain links beyond graduation by providing the medium to do so. Also, it provides a structured approach for all Alumni whose wish to support the School financially or otherwise.
How to get involved
Without support from our Alumni and friends, the School would not be able to achieve the excellence it instils in so many of its graduates. Whether as an ambassador, volunteer or donor, you can play an important role in helping the School to achieve its objectives and helping the students of tomorrow reach their goals.Become involved with one of the main Alumni branches closest to you.
Organise a reunion if there are no local branches in your area.
Make a financial donation in support of one of many vital and worthwhile on-going fundraising events for the school through your local Alumni branch.

FGGC Benin OGA UK will be hosting a Christams fundraising dinner dance on Saturday 5th December 2015 at the London Hilton Hotel Canary Wharf.
This is a ticket only event and tickets are now available at ukbranch@fggcbeninoga.org

Fundraising Efforts
Goal: To renovate and modernise the College sick-bay through the provision of medicines, beds and partitioning, drinking water etc.
Target audience: Alumni, friends, families and interested parties.
Goal: To purchase fiction and non-fiction reading for the College's library
Target audience: Alumni, friends, families and interested parties.
Please donate generously to these projects. Monies will also be used for other renovations required by the College.
